Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, receiving treatments, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Areum K-Beauty Clinic provides Korean beauty treatments, skincare services, facial treatments, body treatments, and related wellness services. All services are provided by trained professionals in accordance with Queensland health and safety regulations.

• Direct contact with our clinic

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed by our clinic. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of treatment cost may be charged
• No-shows: Full treatment cost will be charged
• Same-day cancellations: May result in forfeiture of deposits

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• EFTPOS
• Cash
• Afterpay (where available)

Payment Timing

• Payment is due at the time of service
• Deposits may be required for certain treatments
• Package deals must be paid in full unless otherwise arranged
• Outstanding balances must be settled before future appointments

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

Health Information

Clients must:

• Provide complete and accurate health information
• Disclose all medications, allergies, and medical conditions
• Inform us of any changes to your health status
• Follow pre and post-treatment care instructions

Conduct

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time for appointments
• Treat staff and other clients with respect
• Follow clinic policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards

Age Requirements

• Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Clients aged 16-18 require parental consent for treatments
• Photo identification may be required to verify age

Contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be harmful or inappropriate based on your health status, skin condition, or other factors.

Patch Testing

Patch testing may be required for certain treatments, especially for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies. This may require a separate appointment.

Professional Indemnity

Areum K-Beauty Clinic maintains professional indemnity insurance and adheres to industry standards and Queensland health regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Client Insurance

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. We recommend checking your personal insurance coverage for beauty treatments.
